Camp Goals and Objectives

• That all campers learn proper passing and shooting technique
• To learn correct defensive positioning and movements
• Learn passing form and techniques and do's and dont's about the lost art of passing
• To obtain a good knowledge of the game and be able to understand many facets of offense and defense
• Learn how to play as a team and be a better teammate and make your teammates better
• To learn drills that can be done on your own and at home to better oneself as a player
• All campers will learn what it takes to be the best player they can become
• Learn self discipline and hardwork
• Learn how to give 100% in everything you do
• Be shown by coaches and college players the fundamentals and skills necessary to be a good basketball and soccer player

What to Bring to Camp

Ball (if you have one, with name on it)
Water bottle (there are water fountains available)
Inhalers (if needed)
Bag lunch for day camps

Directions to Christendom College

From I-66: Take Exit 6. Follow 522 South through Front Royal. (Take a left at the traffic light by the Jimbo’s, and another left at the next light. You will see a Wendy’s after the turn. The next light is 6th Street.) At 6th Street take a left. After approximately 2 miles, take a left onto Shenandoah Shores Road. After 1.5 miles, Christendom will be on the left. Take first entrance after soccer field, follow road all the way to behind the dorms to the Crusader gymnasium.
