John Ciskanik
Vice President for Advancement

John earned his BA in History from Fairfield University and his MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He joined the College in 1992, first as Director of Admissions and then as VP for Development, Planning and College Relations in 1995. Since 2004, he has served as Vice President for Advancement. His responsibilities include all aspects of Relationship Management, Fund Raising, Donor Stewardship, and Planned Giving.

Paul Jalsevac, Esq.

Paul Jalsevac
Director of Advancement Operations & Services

Alumnus Paul Jalsevac returned to Christendom in December 2010. While at Christendom, he served as President of the Student Body and helped start a new Endowment. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Christendom in 1999, Paul entered Ave Maria School of Law. He served as Managing Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review before graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2006. Paul then spent two year as a legal law clerk for Judge Joseph F. Weis, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Finally, Paul practiced general commercial litigation as a litigation associate at the international law firm Jones Day. Paul then felt called to return to the College he loved because of a strong belief in its mission.

Tim Flagg

Tim Flagg
Philanthropy Officer

Prior to joining Christendom in 2009, Tim spent 23 years in the information technology industry in sales, marketing and management. He has been an IT consultant for General Dynamics, Rockwell Intl., and Virginia Tech among others. He has held clearances with the federal government and has assessed and designed sensitive network systems for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Dept. of Homeland Security and a few other unnamed agencies. Tim holds an FCC license and is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD – 1 of 9000 worldwide) through the Building Industry Consulting Services International(BICSI) . Dr's Warren & Anne Carroll have been dear friends of the Flagg family since the early 1970's and he enjoys working with the Advancement team. Tim likes being part of a mission which changes lives and saves lives. He feels honored to know Christendom's donors and their dreams for restoring all things in Christ.

Vince Criste

Vince Criste
Assistant Director for Alumni & Donor Relations

Vince graduated in 1998 with a BA in Philosophy and has 15 years experience "restoring all things in Christ" in various charitable organizations including research, medical, military, and pro-family groups. Joining the Advancement team in May 2014, Vince is responsible for all aspects of alumni and donor relations. Specifically, Vince will be reaching out to all alumni, organizing events (homecoming) and providing alumni networking opportunities. In addition, Vince will be demonstrating to donors the value of their financial support by means of creative and informative impact pieces. Vince has been happily married to Barbara Portzer ('95) for 15 years and they are blessed with eight children.

Luke Tillotson

Luke Tillotson
Information and Data Systems Manager
Student Employee Manager

Luke graduated from Christendom in 2013 with a B.A. in philosophy. He joined the Advancement team his senior year as a Phone Cultivation Associate and Data Entry Specialist and quickly moved on to higher responsibilities. He assumed a full-time position upon graduation in which his responsibilities include all things related to strategic data analysis, reporting, and data management; all hiring, training, and management of student personnel in the Advancement office; strategy, organization, and supervision of the student calling program. Luke greatly values and enjoys the opportunity to work with and mentor the student employees as they begin their professional careers.

Luke has been happily married to his wonderful wife, Mary, since 2012. He is interested in everything from applied statistics, philosophy, and psychology, to real estate and stock market investing. Most of all he is passionate about excellence and opportunity.

Glen McLeod

Glen McLeod
Prospect Research Analyst

Before joining the Advancement Office in January 2014, Glen spent many years in academia, earning a BA in Liberal Studies, focusing on Classical and British Literature, and a Master's Degree in Theological Studies, specializing in New Testament and Church History. As Research Analyst, he is responsible for fulfilling any requests for data that may prove beneficial to the Advancement Team and other staff members to continue to cultivate excellent relationships with our donors and friends. His interests include music that he is too young to appreciate but enjoys nevertheless, "Doctor Who" and its various spin-offs, and the history and liturgies of the Anglican Communion, particularly in relation to the Personal Ordinariates made possible by Pope-Emeritus Benedict XVI.

Roseanne Podlinsek
Assistant to the Director of Development Operations

Roseanne serves as the primary processing point for constituent data entry and updates to the College's central database and assists the DAOS by providing administrative and professional support in executing annual giving and day-to-day operations.
