Graduate Credit Tuition: $298 per credit
($282 per credit for religious) VCI courses are 2 credits, all others are 3 credits, unless otherwise noted. REGISTRATION FEE: $10 per student ROOM & BOARD: $1300/6-week session; $450/2-week session Matriculating students are assigned single rooms, while audit students have roommates (from their own order or institute, if applicable.) A limited number of single rooms may be available for audit students at an additional cost of $100 per week. No reservations for room and board can be accepted after June 1. No registrations will be accepted without the registration fee and (if applicable) the late fee. Please register early as class size is limited. Audit registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. Christendom College does not discriminate against any applicant or student on the basis of race, sex, color, or national origin. Refund Policy Tuition will be refunded to students who find it necessary to withdraw (or to change to audit status) after registration according to the following schedule. The effective date of withdrawal is the date upon which written notice is received in the business office. Students who withdraw from a course (or drop to audit status) and who have not yet paid the tuition will be liable for the tuition amount minus any applicable refund amount. Before the second class 100% Before the third class 75% Before the fourth class 50% After the fourth class No Refund In accordance with Veterans Administration Regulation CFR 21.4255, in the event of a students withdrawal, the amount of the registration fee in excess of $10 will be subject to proration. The unused portion will be promptly refunded to the veteran or other eligible person. Contact the Administrative Directors Office for details.
Late Payments Tuition is due before
the start of the semester. If a student is unable to pay the entire
tuition and fees at the time of registration, an agreement must be initiated
by the student with the business office stipulating the manner in which
the debt is to be paid, such as a proportional sum each month, whereby
the full amount will be paid by the end of the semester. In the
event of the student's withdrawal before paying all installments,
it is the students responsibility to pay the balance due, minus
any applicable refund (see above). No grades or transcripts will be released,
nor degrees awarded, until all tuition and fees are paid. Students
with outstanding balances will not be allowed to register for the next
semester. Registration fees are due with registration. Financial Aid Disclosure The Notre Dame Graduate
School of Christendom College accepts no direct federal aid nor does the
College participate in indirect programs of federal aid. Applicants to
Christendom College are ineligible for any form of federal assistance
except for Social Security benefits and Veterans Administration benefits
which are paid directly to the student. Veterans qualifying for VA benefits
should contact the Administrator of the Graduate School for the necessary
enrollment verification forms. Christendom College
does not offer graduate students any institutional financial assistance.
The Notre Dame Graduate School maintains a very modest tuition charge
to make the program reasonably accessible to its constituencies.
