Graduate credit tuition: $618 per (2-credit) course
Audit tuition: $160 per course

Tuition is due by the end of the first week of the semester. If a student is unable to pay the entire tuition and fees at this time, he must fill out and sign the Tuition Payment Plan Contract, stipulating the manner in which the debt is to be paid so that the full amount will be paid by the end of the semester. In the event of the student’s withdrawal before paying all installments, it is the student’s responsibility to pay the balance due, minus any applicable refund (see below). No grades or transcripts will be released, nor degrees awarded, until all tuition and fees are paid. Students with outstanding balances are not allowed to register for subsequent semesters. Registration fees are due with registration.

Tuition will be refunded to students who find it necessary to withdraw (or to change to audit status) after registration according to the following schedule. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF WITHDRAWAL IS THE DATE UPON WHICH WRITTEN NOTICE IS RECEIVED IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE. Students who withdraw from a course (or drop to audit status) and who have not yet paid the tuition will be liable for the tuition amount minus any applicable refund amount.

  • Before the second class - 100% refund
  • Before the third class - 75% refund
  • Before the fourth class - 50% refund
  • After the fourth class - no refund

The refund schedule for online courses is as follows:

  • Before completing two classes (2 hours on the course site) – 100% refund
  • Before completing four classes (4 hours on the course site) – 75% refund
  • Before completing eight classes (8 hours on the course site) – 50% refund
  • After being logged on the course site for 8 hours – no refund

Christendom College does not offer graduate students any financial assistance. The Christendom Graduate School maintains a very modest tuition charge to make the program reasonably accessible to its constituencies.

Christendom College accepts no direct federal aid nor does the College participate in indirect programs of federal aid. Applicants to Christendom College are ineligible for any form of federal assistance except for Social Security benefits and Veterans Administration benefits which are paid directly to the student. Veterans qualifying for VA benefits should contact the Business Officer of the Graduate School for the necessary enrollment verification forms. In accordance with Veterans Administration Regulation CFR 21.4255, in the event of a student’s withdrawal, the amount of the registration fee in excess of $10 will be subject to proration. The unused portion will be promptly refunded to the veteran or other eligible person. Contact the Business Office for details.
