Christendom Professor Dr. Cuddeback to Deliver Lecture at Vineyard

Dr. John Cuddeback, professor of philosophy at Christendom College, will deliver a lecture on Saturday, September 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Three Fox Vineyards in Delaplane, Va. Sponsored by the Institute of Catholic Culture, Cuddeback's lecture will discuss G.K. Chesterton’s “Essay on Cheese." The lecture will take place during the annual San Genarro Festivities at Three Fox Vineyards, which will feature wine tasting, Italian fare, and a procession through the vines.

Cuddeback, a graduate of Christendom College, received a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America in 1997. He writes and lectures on various topics including virtue, culture, natural law, contemplation, and friendship. His book Friendship: Where Virtue Becomes Happiness was re-published in 2010. A Third Order lay Dominican, Cuddeback lives with his wife and children in the Shenandoah Valley.
